Seeking Qualified Coaches

We provide life skills coaching to those challenged by Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, Learning Disabilities, ADHD, and other social-emotional/ behavioral issues.

At Advance LA, our dynamic team works with young people and their families to foster personal growth and development, inspire a sense of mastery and accomplishment, and guide young adults as they advance toward greater levels of independence.

Our services include one-on-one coaching; workshops for teens, young adults, parents and professionals; social opportunities include Club LA and Club LA Teen, and college/career planning.

Coach Qualifications:

• BA in psychology, social work, public health, or other related disciplines. Graduate work preferred.
• Minimum two years experience in the social service or special education arena. Experience and/or training working with young adults with special needs
• Experience in behavioral intervention preferred
• Valid CA driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience; good driving record and the ability to be insured by the agency insurer. Must have less than 2 points on license.
