Advance LA coaching services begins with a comprehensive needs assessment that includes; the partnership meeting with the client and family members, facilitated by Advance LA program leadership. We then provide an in-home meeting with the client. Once the initial assessment is complete the process of formalizing and prioritizing the client’s individualized goals begins. Each client is then able to access support where they need it most through the implementation of innovative strategies and interventions provided by a member of the Advance LA coaching team.

Once you register, the credit card that is provided will be automatically charged a one-time $250 non-refundable fee that covers the initial assessment process.
We will then email you a Member Login and Password
Please check your email to obtain the Member Log In and Password. Once you have this information you will need to sign in at www.advancela.org to complete the application. NOTE: The membership log in is located at the top of the homepage.

Once the application form is complete an Advance LA team member will call you to set up a partnership meeting.

In the event of admission, I understand that false or misleading information, given in the application, or in any interviews, may result in rescission of any admission.
